The Taiwanese-French Conference on Information
Technology (TFIT) series originated in 2000 as an
annual workshop on Multimedia that aimed at fostering
close collaborations between Taiwanese and French
research communities of the field by providing a
regular forum for interaction between the two sides.
While the goal remained the same, areas of interest
have expanded over the years and the workshop also
underwent several name changes. In 2004, the annual
workshop grew into a conference and assumed its
present name. The technical program of TFIT 2006
will consist of invited papers as well as papers
selected from submissions responding to this call.
Scope
Information Technology is a very broad field. To ensure
better interaction, four areas have been identified
as the focus areas of TFIT 2006:
- Multimedia
- Real-Time/Embedded Systems
- Security
- Formal Verification
